a solicitor to sell your house to us. Towards this we will pay their fees up to a maximum of £500, and we can even help
you find one if necessary. In the meantime we will be instructing our builders regarding any renovations,
repairs or improvements to your property so we can plan ahead. Once our solicitors have done their due diligence & are satisfied that everything is in order
we will at your convenience we will have a formal completion of contracts and you will receive your money. If we have an agreed an option for you to buy-back your property from us in the future, We will have
agreed the price and time period for you to exercise the buy-back option during our negotiations and sales contracts.
