telephone or via email. We check the information against our data, to work out the approximate trade value of your
property. We will call you back within the next 24 hours with an offer and (all being well) would be delighted to meet you
in person. Our aim is to complete our purchases within 4 weeks of our initial meeting with you but, if you want more time, we
will wait for you. In exceptional circumstances, we can complete a purchase within only
one to two weeks We will only buy your property if it helps both yourselves and us. We are only interested in people who
genuinely want help to achieve a fast sale.
