We have also been involved in development over the past 20 years, leaving us in good standing to take on all types of property with confidence.

We are also Licensed Financial Brokers with considerable track record over the past 20 years.

For us to understand a particular situation we will need to know whether or not we can help. 

We try not to waste anybody's time or indeed our own.  

So we will need to ask some probing questions (i.e. how much your property is worth, how much you owe on your mortgage and any other debts secured on the property, etc.). 

We will ask you about your needs and we will try to match them to the best of our ability.

Most of this can be discussed over telephone or via email. 

We check the information against our data, to work out the approximate trade value of your property. We will call you back within the next 24 hours with an offer and (all being well) would be delighted to meet you in person.

Our aim is to complete our purchases within 4 weeks of our initial meeting with you but, if you want more time, we will wait for you.  In exceptional circumstances, we can complete a purchase within only one to two weeks

We will only buy your property if it helps both yourselves and us.
